Authors of accepted papers must complete the following steps to prepare and submit their final manuscripts for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Please carefully follow each step to ensure your paper is properly processed and published.
1. Complete the IEEE Copyright Agreement
You will receive an email from EasyChair with the subject line:
“IEEE copyright agreement for your KSE 2025 paper”
Please follow the instructions in that email to complete and submit the IEEE copyright agreement. This step is mandatory for your paper to be published in the proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore.
2. Prepare Your Final Manuscript
- Revise your paper carefully, addressing all reviewers’ comments.
- Ensure that your paper strictly follows the IEEE conference paper format.
- Run a plagiarism check on your final manuscript to verify originality. Papers failing IEEE plagiarism standards cannot be included in the proceedings.
3. Certify and Convert Your Files Using IEEE PDF eXpress
All camera-ready papers must be validated by IEEE PDF eXpress.
- Access IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- Create a new account (if you do not already have one).
- Use the Conference ID: 68178X
- Upload your source file (Word or LaTeX) to generate an IEEE-compliant PDF, or upload your PDF to check compliance.
- Download the PDF file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress. This certified file is the only version that should be uploaded to EasyChair.
4. Submit Your Camera-Ready Paper on EasyChair
- Log in to your EasyChair account and go to your KSE 2025 submission page.
- Upload the IEEE PDF eXpress certified PDF file as the final version.
- Double-check that all metadata (title, authors, affiliations) are accurate and consistent with your paper.
