Payment Details:
The registration fee covers the inclusion of one accepted paper in the official IEEE proceedings (for authors), as well as access to all technical sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and conference materials. Registration also includes admission to the Gala Dinner, which will be held at a local venue in Da Lat.
If an author has multiple accepted papers across different sessions (including special and regular sessions), each paper must be registered separately.
Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the final IEEE-formatted, publication-ready version of the paper can be uploaded.
Additional guests or accompanying persons may register for an extra fee, which includes access to coffee breaks, lunches, and tickets to organized cultural or scenic activities in Da Lat.
