To complete your registration for the 17th International IEEE Conference on Knowledge and Systems Engineering (KSE 2025), please carefully follow the instructions below for transferring the registration fee.

1. Bank Account Information

For VND (Vietnamese Dong) transfers:

2. Transfer Details

  • Transfer Method: Bank transfer only (direct payment to the university’s account).
  • Transfer Description:
    • For authors: KSE2025 – Paper ID [your paper ID] – [Your Full Name] (Example: KSE2025 – Registration Fee – Paper ID 123 – John Smith)
    • For non-authors: KSE2025 – Registration – [Your Full Name] (Example: KSE2025 – Registration Fee – Alice Nguyen)

3. Proof of Payment

After completing the transfer, please send proof of payment to the conference registration email: luongnt@dlu.edu.vn. Please use the subject line:

  • For Authors: Proof of Payment – Paper ID [Your Paper ID] – [Your Full Name]
  • For Non-Authors: Proof of Payment – [Your Full Name]
  • If paid in cash at the university: You will receive an official receipt signed by the Head of Finance and the University Board, with the university’s seal, along with a confirmation letter of your payment.
  • If paid by bank transfer: The university will provide a PDF confirmation slip from VietinBank with digital signature verification, together with an official confirmation letter from the university (signed and sealed).

4. Important Notes

  • All bank charges must be borne by the sender to ensure the full registration fee is received.
  • Please keep all receipts and confirmation letters for future reference.
  • Your registration will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received by the organizers.
